What CopyFlock focuses on
Pricing you can work out in your head
Every connected account costs the same: $8 a month, or $80 a year. A lead and four followers is five accounts, so $40 a month. There are no tiers that unlock features — every account gets every setting. Try the pricing calculator for your own count.
Futures only, three platforms done properly
CopyFlock concentrates on futures accounts on Tradovate, Rithmic and TopstepX, plus NinjaTrader brokerage accounts through the Tradovate connection. Rithmic logins use one connection shared across all your copies, and you can keep R|Trader Pro open while copying.
Per-follower control
Each follower has its own sizing mode, contract caps, symbol aliases, whitelist or blacklist, copy delay and account protection thresholds. That matters when you copy one lead into prop accounts with different sizes and rules — see the prop firm trade copier page.
Who should pick which
CopyFlock is likely a good fit if…
- Your accounts are on Tradovate, Rithmic or TopstepX (or NinjaTrader brokerage accounts).
- You want one flat price per account and every feature on every account.
- You copy into prop accounts of different sizes and want risk-based sizing, per-symbol caps and equity thresholds.
- You trade minis on the lead and want some followers on micros via symbol aliases.
Tradesyncer may suit you better if…
- You need a connection CopyFlock does not support. CopyFlock does not support CQG, Quantower or Volumetrica — check whether Tradesyncer covers what you need.
- You already run a setup there that works, and your accounts and rules are not changing.
- A specific Tradesyncer feature or plan is important to your workflow.
Questions to ask any trade copier
Whichever tool you choose, these questions separate a copier that fits from one that only looks good on a feature list:
- Does it connect to every account I hold? List each account's platform and, for Rithmic, its system name, then check each one.
- What happens when my PC is off? A cloud copier should keep running; an add-on will not.
- How is size calculated, and how is it rounded? Futures trade in whole contracts, so small accounts copying small trades need a minimum or a fixed size.
- Can each follower stop itself? Look for per-account thresholds that flatten and pause, not just a global kill switch.
- What does it cost at my account count? Work out the price for a lead plus every follower you plan to run in six months, not just today.
- Can I see what happened? A copy log that ties each follower order to the lead order makes problems quick to diagnose.
How to switch without double-copying
The one real risk when moving between copiers is having two copiers running at once — every lead trade would then be copied twice. Switch in this order:
Step 1: Note your current settings
Write down each follower's size, multipliers, symbol mappings and any risk limits.
Step 2: Flatten or pause
Do the switch outside your trading session with followers flat.
Step 3: Turn off the old copier
Disable copying there completely, and disconnect the accounts if you no longer need them.
Step 4: Connect accounts in CopyFlock
Add each account with its platform's connect method and recreate the settings you noted.
Step 5: Test with one contract
Place a one-lot trade on the lead and confirm each follower in the copy log before trading full size.
Honest notes
- We do not quote competitor prices or feature lists here because they change and we cannot keep them accurate. Check Tradesyncer's own site for current details.
- Tradesyncer is a trademark of its owner. CopyFlock is not affiliated with Tradesyncer.
- No copier can make followers fill at exactly the lead's price. Every follower order is sent after the lead fills.
Frequently asked questions
Still have questions? Read the full FAQ or email support.
Is CopyFlock cheaper than Tradesyncer?
It depends on your account count and on Tradesyncer's current plans. CopyFlock costs $8 per account per month or $80 per year, minimum 2. Compare that with Tradesyncer's pricing page for the same number of accounts.
Can I run CopyFlock and Tradesyncer at the same time?
Not on the same followers. Two copiers watching the same lead would copy each trade twice. Turn off the old copier before you turn on CopyFlock.
Which platforms does CopyFlock support?
Tradovate (including NinjaTrader brokerage accounts), Rithmic and TopstepX. CQG, Quantower and Volumetrica are not supported.
Can I try CopyFlock before switching?
Yes. There is a 7-day free trial on 2 accounts. A card is required and you are not charged if you cancel during the trial.
Do I lose my settings when I switch?
Settings do not transfer between tools. Note each follower's sizing and limits first, then recreate them in CopyFlock — it usually takes a few minutes per account.
