Tradeify trade copier for evaluation and funded accounts

CopyFlock copies trades across your Tradeify accounts from the cloud. Trade one account — a Tradeify evaluation, a funded account or an account at another firm — and each fill is copied to your Tradeify followers with the size, symbol mapping and drawdown protection you set for each one.

Tradeify accounts on Rithmic connect with the Rithmic username, password and the Tradeify system. You can keep R|Trader Pro or NinjaTrader open as usual; CopyFlock does the copying on its own servers, so no VPS is needed.

  • Risk-based sizing for accounts of different sizes
  • Per-symbol caps and NQ→MNQ aliases
  • Balance or equity thresholds per account

What CopyFlock does for Tradeify traders

Tradeify traders often run accounts of different sizes at different stages: an evaluation in progress, a funded account that needs careful handling, maybe a new account just purchased. Copying them all at the same size rarely makes sense. CopyFlock lets every follower size its trades its own way while still taking the same entries and exits as the lead.

The lead can be a Tradeify account or any other supported account on Rithmic, Tradovate or TopstepX. Followers can be a mix too — so if you hold accounts at Tradeify and at Apex or Topstep, they can all follow one lead.

How to connect Tradeify accounts

Tradeify accounts on Rithmic are known to work with CopyFlock. Use the Rithmic credentials from Tradeify and pick Tradeify as the system. If your Tradeify account uses a different platform, contact support before subscribing and we will tell you whether it can be connected.

  1. Step 1: Start the free trial

Sign up and start the 7-day free trial on 2 accounts. A card is required; you are not charged if you cancel during the trial.

  2. Step 2: Add each Tradeify account

Choose Add account → Rithmic, enter the Rithmic username and password from Tradeify and select the Tradeify system.

  3. Step 3: Choose the lead

Pick the account you will trade yourself. It does not have to be a Tradeify account.

  4. Step 4: Size the followers

Choose a sizing mode for each follower — fixed risk % works well for accounts of different sizes, as the example below shows.

  5. Step 5: Set caps and protection

Add maximum contract caps and per-symbol caps, plus balance or equity thresholds below each account's drawdown.

  6. Step 6: Turn on copying

Place a small test trade on the lead and confirm each follower in the copy log.

Sizing example: fixed risk % across three Tradeify accounts

Fixed risk % sizes each follower so the trade risks the same percentage of that account, using the distance to the lead's stop loss. MNQ moves $2 per point per contract.

Lead buys 3 MNQ with a stop 40 points away ($80 risk per contract)
Tradeify 50K — fixed risk 0.5%
0.5% of $50,000 = $250 → $250 ÷ $80 = 3.1, so 3 MNQ
Tradeify 100K — fixed risk 0.5%
0.5% of $100,000 = $500 → $500 ÷ $80 = 6.25, so 6 MNQ
Tradeify 25K — fixed contracts 1
Always 1 MNQ

Sizes round to whole contracts, so the risk actually taken can be a little below or above the target. Risk-based modes need a stop on the lead's order: turn on 'block trades without TP/SL' for those followers so an entry without a stop is not copied.

Copy settings for Tradeify followers

  • Six sizing modes: equity-to-equity, contract multiplier, risk multiplier, fixed contracts, fixed risk % and fixed risk $.
  • Min/max contract caps and per-symbol caps to respect each account's contract limits.
  • Symbol aliases with multipliers — for example NQ on the lead, MNQ on a smaller follower.
  • Account protection — when balance or equity crosses your threshold, the follower is flattened and paused.
  • Copy TP/SL, block trades without TP/SL, copy delay, whitelist/blacklist and reverse trades.
  • Position resync, pause/resume and close all, with live P&L and copy logs on the dashboard.

A daily routine with copied Tradeify accounts

Copying removes the clicking, not the checking. A short routine keeps every account healthy:

  1. Before the open, glance at the dashboard: every follower should be connected, flat and switched on, with no account paused by protection from the day before.
  2. Review thresholds on accounts whose trailing drawdown moved up after a winning day, and raise the equity minimum to keep your buffer.
  3. Trade the lead as you normally would, with a stop attached to each entry if any follower uses risk-based sizing.
  4. After the session, use close all if you want every account flat, then read the copy log for any order that was blocked or capped.
  5. Weekly, compare each follower's P&L with the lead. Large differences usually point to a cap, a rounding effect or a manual intervention worth fixing.

Tradeify rules and limitations

  • Check Tradeify's current rules on trade copiers, multiple accounts, consistency and hedging in its help center before you copy. CopyFlock is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tradeify.
  • Consistency rules are per account. Copying makes accounts trade alike, but each account's P&L — and how it measures against any consistency rule — depends on its own size and fills.
  • Leave reverse trades off between your own prop accounts unless you have confirmed opposite positions are allowed.
  • Thresholds are static. If an account has a trailing drawdown, update its protection levels as the drawdown moves.
  • Fills can differ slightly from the lead's, because followers receive their orders after the lead fills.
